Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach at clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with InstaSwim adding you to our liability policy.

We provide clients and opportunities to teach across various locations, requiring at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and US work authorization. Travel to client locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ and based in the US.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation required.
• US work authorization confirmed.
• Able to travel to client locations for lessons.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to client pool locations.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons to needs.
• Provide a fun, safe learning experience for clients.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
