Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. Instructors set their own schedule and are paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with the option to choose clients.

You’ll work locally, travel to pools, and benefit from InstaSwim’s support network and liability coverage. Required are 2+ years of swim instruction, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Must have CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Reliable transportation required.
• 2+ years of swim instruction experience recommended.
• Professional and positive attitude when working with clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess skills and progress, adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, complete learning experience and ensure safety.
