Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson. You’ll work with clients locally and choose which opportunities to take.

Insurance coverage is provided under our policy. Requirements include 2+ years of swim instruction, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), 18+, reliable transportation, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US-based with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
