Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You control your schedule and choose clients, with payments within 24 hours after each lesson. We provide clients and back-office support, plus liability coverage.

Qualified instructors have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, CPR/First Aid, and US work authorization. Travel is required to local pool locations, with ongoing opportunities to earn competitive

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if needed.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
