Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set the schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

You choose which clients to work with and travel to local locations, supported by InstaSwim’s liability coverage and onboarding processes. We require at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, 18+ years of age, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and US work

Qualifications

• 2+ years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications, or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation.
• US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student skills and progress; adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
