Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule, travel to local locations, and are paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

The role offers flexible hours, a chance to work with individuals of all ages, and the support of InstaSwim's network. Must have at least 2 years of teaching experience, CPR/First Aid, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of private swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ and US-based with work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation available.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
