Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across your area. You control your schedule and select which clients to work with. You’ll be paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with InstaSwim handling client matching and insurance coverage for your safety.

Travel is local and you can start quickly after onboarding. Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, CPR and First Aid certifications, US work

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Reliable transportation.
• Background check clearance.
• Professional and positive attitude with children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
