InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and can get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

The role involves private and small group instruction, travel to locations, and creating personalized lesson plans. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience and CPR/First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older with US work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• Based in the US with the ability to work in clients' homes or pools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility and travel to client locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons to needs while ensuring safety.
• Provide a fun, structured learning experience for students and clients.
