Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional swim instructors to teach private lessons at clients' homes or community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and can be paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with InstaSwim adding you to its general liability policy for insurance coverage.

Candidates need 2+ years of instruction experience, CPR/First Aid, and US work authorization, among other qualifications. Travel to local client locations is required, and the role offers flexible hours to fit

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Clear a background check.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
