Job summary

InstaSwim invites experienced private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule and travel locally, with payments processed within 24 hours after each lesson and clients supplied by InstaSwim.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client pools.
• Background check clearance required.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
