InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule, and payments are processed within 24 hours after each lesson.

Instructors travel to client locations and use our platform to find matched opportunities in your area. Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction, 18+ years old, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student skills and progress, adapting lessons as needed.
• Provide a fun, engaging, and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
