Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools within your area. You set the schedule, we supply the clients, and you can be paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

As a national mobile swim lesson company, InstaSwim serves major US cities. Must have 2+ years of instruction, CPR/First Aid, and US work authorization. Competitive pay and quick onboarding await dedicated instructors.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to bring or use swim instruction equipment if needed.
• Must be based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student’s skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
