InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule and we supply the clients. Expect fast payments within 24 hours and general liability coverage through InstaSwim.

Requirements include at least 2 years of instruction, 18+ years old, CPR/First Aid, reliable transport, and US work authorization. You’ll build personalized lesson plans and ensure student safety in every session.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if needed.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
