Job summary

InstaSwim is looking to hire professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach swim lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and travel locally, with payments issued within 24 hours after each lesson.

This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to choose clients you work with. Requires at least 2 years of instruction experience, CPR/First Aid certifications, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US-based with US work authorization.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
