Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional swim instructors to teach private lessons at clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and travel locally, with payments issued within 24 hours after each lesson.

You will be added to InstaSwim's general liability policy, ensuring coverage for your sessions. Requirements include a minimum of 2 years' swim instruction experience, being 18+, CPR/First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain), reliable

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess students' skills and progress, adapt lessons.
• Provide a fun, comprehensive learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
