Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with high-value buyers ($25,000+ per client or $2,000+ per month)
• Personally owned an enrollment journey from inquiry to commitment
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM or tracking system
• Able to tell a prospective client not to buy if not the right fit
• Experience using AI tools in client-facing workflows
• Able to communicate concisely with executives and high-net-worth individuals

Responsibilities

• Own the enrollment journey for every prospective family from inquiry to onboarding
• Manage 20+ active families at once and review applications daily
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days
• Form the admit or decline decision and deliver it to the family
• Keep HubSpot and SIS updated and report pipeline health weekly
