Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with purchases of $25,000+ per client.
• Owned a client journey from first inquiry to commitment decision.
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM, database, or tracking system.
• Told a prospective client not to buy or enroll because it wasn’t the right fit.
• Used AI tools in a client-facing workflow.
• Communicated concisely and professionally with executives and high-net-worth clients.

Aufgaben

• Own the enrollment journey from inquiry through onboarding and needs assessment.
• Carry 20+ active families at once, answer inquiries promptly, review applications daily.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days for families.
• Form admit or decline recommendations and deliver decisions personally.
• Keep HubSpot/SIS current after interactions and report pipeline health weekly.
