Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is actively seeking a Manager for Finance M&A within its PEPI practice in the US. The role focuses on leading F&A aspects of mergers & acquisitions, with depth in treasury, financial diligence, internal controls/audit, FP&A, and controllership.

The ideal candidate has 5-8+ years of experience with private equity clients and a strong ability to coordinate across third parties and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of managing teams in finance or accounting operations.
• Experience with M&A accounting, financial diligence, and post-deal integration is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support Day-1 readiness across F&A sub-functions.
• Coordinate finance and accounting integration activities.
• Own the integration plan and drive cross-functional teams to execute.
