Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Manager–F&A within the PEPI M&A practice in the United States. The role requires 5–8+ years in finance and accounting with strong M&A exposure, including treasury, FP&A, and internal controls. You will work with private equity clients and senior leadership to drive deal success.

The position emphasizes Day-1 readiness, integration planning, and cross-functional coordination across Finance, Accounting, and operational teams during deal execution.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance required or equivalent.
• MBA or CPA preferred for advanced finance credentials.
• 5+ years in finance/accounting operations with M&A exposure.

Aufgaben

• Support Day-1 readiness and finance/sub-function integration across deals.
• Map Chart of Accounts and align accounting policies for deals and reporting.
• Coordinate integration activities across Revenue/AR, Expenditures/AP, and close processes.
• Own the integration plan and lead cross-functional teams through execution.
• Engage with client executives and maintain clear, strategic communications.
• Help design interim and future-state operating models for the Finance function.
