Job summary

RR Donnelley is seeking a Managing Directory, Private Equity (PE) to lead strategic PE relationships and drive long-term sales momentum in a high-trust, account-based selling model.

The role rewards high-level stakeholder engagement, MSAs navigation, and portfolio expansion across PortCos, leveraging RRD’s consultative services to create enterprise value during pre- and post-acquisition phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related discipline.
• MBA preferred for senior leadership in PE environments.
• Deep understanding of EBITDA, IRR, and multiple expansion in PE settings.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage key PE stakeholders (Operating Partners, Portfolio Operations leads, Value Creation directors).
• Navigate MSAs and PE procurement processes to secure MSAs within portfolios.
• Expand RRD’s footprint across PortCos and cross-sell services across the portfolio.
• Leverage early assessments to position RRD for full execution contracts at deal close.
