Job summary

RRD is seeking a Managing Directory, Private Equity to lead strategic PE relationships and drive enterprise value across PortCo engagements. This role emphasizes low-volume, high-trust Account-Based Selling and deep PE ecosystem partnerships.

The position offers a salary plus incentive program and targets a base of $175,000 to $245,000 per year, with geographic location influencing the range. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance or related discipline required.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Target identification & strategic relationship building with PE operating partners and directors.
• Navigate Master Service Agreements (MSAs) within portfolio companies.
• Expand RRD’s footprint by cross-selling to additional portfolio assets.
• Grow PE relationships and drive revenue across portfolio companies.
• Leverage value-creation tactics and pre/post-acquisition assessments.
