You will secure MSAs, position RRD's services during pre- and post-acquisition phases, and expand the firm’s footprint within targeted PE portfolios.

Qualifications

Degree: Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
Experience engaging Private Equity ecosystems with credible peer networks.
Ability to navigate PE governance and MSAs within portfolio companies.

Responsibilities

Identify & engage PE stakeholders: Operating Partners, Value Creation directors, and Portfolio Operations leads.
Navigate PE procurement processes to secure MSAs across PortCos.
Expand RRD's footprint across targeted portfolio companies through early success.
Cross-sell and scale services across the PE firm's portfolio assets.
Leverage value-creation tactics and pre-acquisition assessments in diligence.
