Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons seeks a Managing Director, Private Equity, to lead senior commercial efforts within RRD's RevTeam and drive long-term PE relationships through an account-based selling approach.

The role focuses on securing MSAs with PE operating partners and portfolio companies, expanding RRD's services, and delivering enterprise value across PortCos while leveraging a strong incentive program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or finance required; MBA preferred.
• Experience with PE firms and portfolio company relationships.
• Proven record in account-based selling to PE environments.
• Ability to secure MSAs and expand across PortCos.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage PE stakeholders to build long-term relationships.
• Navigate PE procurement and secure MSAs within portfolios.
• Expand RRD footprint across targeted PortCo assets.
• Cross-sell services within the PE ecosystem.
