Job summary

RRD is seeking a Managing Director, Private Equity to lead strategic, low-volume Account-Based Selling with PE Operating Partners, Portfolio Operations leads, and Value Creation directors. The role focuses on building trust, securing MSAs, and expanding RRD’s footprint across PortCo portfolios.

You will leverage a deep PE understanding of EBITDA, IRR, and value creation to position RRD’s services as essential throughout the investment lifecycle and post-acquisition phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related discipline required.
• MBA preferred.
• Must have background aligned with PE origination, PortCo executives, or boutique PE origins.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage PE stakeholders (Operating Partners, Value Creation directors, Portfolio Operations leads).
• Navigate PE procurement to secure MSAs within a portfolio of operating companies.
• Expand RRD’s footprint across targeted PortCo engagements and cross-sell services.
• Leverage early assessments to build goodwill and win full execution contracts on close.
