RR Donnelley is seeking a Managing Directory, Private Equity to lead strategic PE relationships and drive long-term sales momentum. This role uses a low-volume, Account-Based Selling approach to build credibility with Operating Partners, Portfolio Operations leads, and Value Creation directors.

The role focuses on securing MSAs, expanding engagements, and aligning RRD’s services with PE-driven enterprise value initiatives across portfolio companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related discipline required.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify & engage key PE stakeholders: Portfolio Operations leads, Operating Partners, and Value Creation directors.
• Network within PE environments to access gatekept ecosystems and initiate conversations.
• Speak PE-specific financial and operational vocabulary to establish credibility with leadership.
• Navigate Master Service Agreements (MSAs) through PE procurement processes.
• Position RRD on short-lists when PortCo teams identify inefficiencies or cost takeout opportunities.
• Expand RRD’s footprint across multiple PortCos by proving early success in engagements.
• Cross-sell and scale services across the firm’s portfolio assets.
• Introduce pro-bono/low-cost assessments during pre-acquisition due diligence and holding phases.
• Build goodwill to win full execution contracts at deal close.
