Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons seeks a Managing Director, Private Equity to lead relationships with PE Operating Partners, Portfolio Operations leads and Value Creation directors from San Francisco. This senior role uses an Account-Based Selling approach to drive long-term revenue momentum.

The position offers an incentive program of 20%–30% of base salary based on performance, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Primary focus is to secure MSAs and expand across PortCo engagements within a low-volume,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field is required; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record in PE origination or portco leadership is ideal.
• Strong understanding of EBITDA, IRR, and multiple expansion.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage PE stakeholders to build deep, recurring relationships.
• Navigate PE procurement processes to secure MSAs within portfolio companies.
• Expand RRD's footprint across PortCo engagements and cross-sell services.
• Lead with value creation tactics and early assessments to drive deal closure.
