Job summary

Invited is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily food and beverage service in the club’s restaurant operations. You will ensure service aligns with club standards, elevate member experiences, and support hands-on service during low-volume periods.

Reporting to the Restaurant Director, you will lead service staff, maintain reservations and room setups, and participate in ongoing training to uphold service excellence and safety compliance across breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, restaurant, or private club setting.
• Experience handling highly confidential material such as member and employee data.
• Proficient computer skills, including spreadsheet software, with strong communication abilities and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise service staff daily to ensure top-tier guest experiences.
• Provide exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, adhering to club standards.
• Maintain Invited service standards and ensure accurate execution of orders.
• Oversee reservations and room setups, and ensure cleanliness and readiness for service hours.
• Assist in training and development of service staff; lead training sessions and staff meetings.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily features, and beverage offerings; ensure safety and compliance.
