The June seeks a polished, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead daily floor operations for our club with four outlets and the culinary heart of the club. This role owns service execution, staff performance, and guest experience on the floor, reflecting the high hospitality standards members expect.

The ideal candidate leads from the floor, balances disciplined operations with warmth and discretion, and drives profitability while maintaining exceptional service in a private club setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of restaurant management in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or private clubs.
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and beverage service standards.
• Experience managing labor costs, scheduling, and shift-level financial performance.
• Working knowledge of POS, reservation, and inventory management systems.
• Current food safety/alcohol service certifications (or ability to obtain on hire).

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day floor operations across all meal periods with elevated service standards.
• Lead pre-shift briefings, manage service and step in on the line or host stand as needed.
• Maintain gracious hospitality under pressure and coordinate FOH with kitchen and bar.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop FOH staff; manage onboarding for service, wine, and etiquette.
• Set staff schedules, monitor labor costs, and conduct performance coaching.
• Manage FOH labor costs, scheduling efficiency, and shift-level P&L performance.
• Monitor inventory, par levels, and ordering for FOH supplies and service items.
• Gather member feedback and ensure private events run seamlessly with regular service.
