Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily food and beverage service within our club restaurants, ensuring a seamless member experience and adherence to service standards. This hands-on role supports the Restaurant Director and leads a team during shifts to deliver high-quality service.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of F&B experience in clubs or hospitality, strong communication and leadership skills, and comfort with POS and computer systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage, restaurant, or private club setting.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and POS.
• Experience handling confidential member and staff data.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Invited service standards at high levels.
• Provide exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests.
• Supervise service staff to ensure quality execution.
• Oversee room setups to match reservations and events.
• Complete opening and closing procedures for shifts.
• Assist in training and development of service staff.
• Lead staff meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and daily features.
