Job summary

Invited seeks a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily F&B service within the club’s restaurant operations, ensuring top-tier member experiences. You will balance hands-on service with oversight during low-volume periods to maintain smooth operations.

The role reports to the Restaurant Director or F&B leadership, with emphasis on service standards, safety compliance, and staff development. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, restaurant, or private club setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, adhering to club standards.
• Supervise service staff to ensure high-quality service execution.
• Oversee room setups to match reservations and event specifications; ensure cleanliness and readiness.
• Complete opening and closing procedures for shifts.
• Train and develop service staff to uphold service excellence.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, features, and alcohol offerings.
