Job summary

Invited is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily food and beverage service within the club’s restaurant operations. You will ensure service aligns with standards, while maintaining safety and exceeding member expectations.

This junior management role includes hands-on duties during low-volume periods to support smooth operations. Reporting to senior directors, you will train staff, monitor reservations, and manage opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in food & beverage, restaurant, or private club setting.
• Preferred certifications include Food Handlers, Alcohol Safety, STAR Service/Trainer, TABC, and CPR.
• Proficient with computer systems and spreadsheet software; strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Invited service standards at high levels and ensure member satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests.
• Supervise service staff and oversee reservations and room setups.
• Lead staff meetings, daily line-ups, and training sessions.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with club policies.
