Job summary

Invited is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily food and beverage service within the club's restaurant operations, ensuring service quality and safety while delivering exceptional member experiences.

In this junior management role, you assist with oversight during low-volume periods, train staff, coordinate schedules, and maintain high standards across service, setup, and logkeeping.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage, restaurant, or private club setting.
• Preferred certifications include Food Handlers Certificate, Alcohol Safety, STAR Service Certification, STAR Trainer Certification, TABC Certification, and CPR Certification.
• Completion of all food & beverage online training modules: Service Training, Host Training, Bartender Training, Server Assistant Training, Banquet Server Training, Beverage Cart Attendant Training, Kitchen, Employee Training, F&B Refresh Training, Culinary Safety, Food Safety, and Alcohol Safety.
• Strong experience handling highly confidential material such as member and employee data.
• Proficient in computer skills, including spreadsheet software, with strong communication abilities and demonstrated leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage service in the club's restaurant operations.
• Supervise service staff to ensure consistent and high-quality service execution.
• Monitor reservations and room setups to align with events and schedules.
• Complete opening and closing procedures for shifts and maintain sanitation standards.
• Lead staff meetings, training sessions, and development programs.
