Job summary

Invited is hiring a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily food and beverage service across the club’s restaurant operations. You will ensure service quality, safety compliance, and an exceptional member experience, while hands-on during slower periods to maintain smooth operations.

The role reports through the Food & Beverage leadership and focuses on maintaining high service standards, staff development, and effective communication with members and teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage, restaurant, or private club setting.
• Proven ability to deliver high-level service and guest satisfaction.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Invited service standards at high levels.
• Provide exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests.
• Ensure accurate and prompt order execution.
• Supervise service staff to ensure quality execution.
• Monitor reservations and room setups.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures for shifts.
• Complete daily side work and maintain sanitary work areas.
• Assist in training and development of staff.
• Lead staff meetings and training sessions.
• Implement training programs to maintain skilled staff.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, features, and beverage offerings.
• Record pertinent information in logs and pass to next shift.
• Communicate updates and instructions to team.
