Job summary

Invited is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily food and beverage service within the club’s operations, ensuring a seamless, high-quality member experience. The role blends hands-on service with leadership during low-volume periods and supports the Restaurant Director in daily oversight.

The candidate will maintain service standards, supervise staff, and train teams while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance across all service moments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, restaurant, or private club setting.
• Preferred certifications include Food Handlers, Alcohol Safety, STAR Service Certification, STAR Trainer Certification, TABC Certification, and CPR Certification.
• Strong communication abilities and demonstrated leadership skills; proficient with computer systems and spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Invited service standards at high levels and provide exceptional F&B service.
• Supervise service staff and manage reservations and room setups.
• Assist in training and lead staff meetings and trainings.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies.
• Record logs, update shifts, and communicate changes to team.
