Invited in Philadelphia seeks an Event Sales Coordinator to assist with planning and coordination of event sales at the club, supporting the Event Sales Manager and handling inquiries from members and clients. You will help prepare proposals, contracts, and floor plans as part of end-to-end event execution.

The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, cross-functional collaboration with kitchen/service teams, and ongoing client interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales support role in hospitality or events.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• College coursework in hospitality, marketing, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Event Sales Manager with coordination and execution of event sales, including managing event details, logistics and client communication.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients during the event planning process and document client needs and preferences.
• Support creation and distribution of event proposals, contracts, event orders, floor plans and diagrams with accuracy.
