You will work closely with the Event Sales Manager to ensure all event details are meticulously managed, enhancing member and guest experiences. This role requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer-facing or sales support role in hospitality or events industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordination of event sales.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients.
• Support the creation and distribution of event proposals and contracts.
• Maintain client database and track deposits and payments.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for event execution.
