Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking an Event Sales Coordinator to assist with planning and coordinating event sales at the club level, working closely with the Event Sales Manager to ensure seamless execution from inquiry to final delivery.

You will provide administrative support, manage client records, and help communicate between the sales team, clients, and internal departments, contributing to the annual event sales plan through prospecting and client interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer-facing or sales support experience in hospitality or events.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• College coursework in hospitality or marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute event sales with the Event Sales Manager.
• Serve as primary client contact during the event planning process.
• Prepare and distribute event proposals, contracts, event orders, floor plans and diagrams.
• Maintain and update the client database; assist in prospect inventory development.
• Ensure all event documents, including contracts and payment records, are organized and filed.
