Job summary

The Personal Lines Account Manager at HUB International will manage a book of Personal Lines including High net-worth/Private Client insurance, delivering professional, courteous service to clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, business partners, and HUB colleagues, with a focus on account retention.

You will work with Producers, handle transactions, and seek cross-selling opportunities, traveling as required to meet client needs and drive growth within a collaborative, high-performing

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written English communications skills.
• Superior customer service and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Currently licensed in good standing in required lines and states, or willing to obtain.
• Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Makes decisions on books of insurance business for which the incumbent is responsible.
• Works with Producers and HUB personnel on client service, marketing, and renewal.
• Oversees preparation and implementation of transactions, paperwork, and processing for accounts.
• Acquires understanding of clients’ insurance objectives and analyzes plans for suitability.
• Maintains data accuracy in HUB systems and communicates with clients and carriers.
