HUB International is seeking an Account Manager to handle a diverse book of insurance business. You will provide professional service to clients, carriers, and HUB colleagues, driving retention and growth while supporting Producers and Account Managers.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and adherence to HUB practices. You will manage transactions, assist with renewals, and collaborate across teams to deliver optimal client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of insurance business with professional service to clients, carriers and colleagues.
• Provide support to Producers and Account Managers to retain and grow accounts.
• Prepare and process transactions, paperwork and internal updates in agency systems.
• Communicate effectively to meet insurance objectives and renewal needs.
