Job summary

HUB International Tampa is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager - Private Client to manage a high-net-worth book with independent discretion, delivering professional, courteous service to VIP clients, carriers, underwriters, and colleagues.

You will collaborate with producers and HUB teams on renewals and growth, maintain account documentation in HUB systems, and pursue cross-selling opportunities while focusing on retention and expansion in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written English communications.
• Superior customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to travel on business when required.
• EPIC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Makes decisions on books of insurance business for which the incumbent is responsible.
• Works with producers, brokers, and HUB personnel on client service, marketing, and renewals.
• Oversees transactions, paperwork, and processing for assigned accounts.
• Gleans clients' objectives and compares plans for suitability.
• Maintains knowledge of industry changes impacting clients.
• Negotiates with underwriters and carriers when needed.
• Maintains retention and develops new business from existing accounts.
• Documents conversations and updates HUB systems.
