Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to manage a high-net-worth private client book, delivering professional service to VIP clients, carriers, and HUB colleagues. You will work with producers and brokers to retain and expand business, while ensuring data accuracy in HUB systems.

The role emphasizes independent discretion, continuous education, and collaboration within a growth-focused team. Licensing and CE credits are required as applicable.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written English communications skills.
• Superior customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with computer systems including Microsoft Office and agency management systems.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Travel flexibility and licensing considerations if required.

Responsibilities

• Makes decisions on books of insurance business for which the incumbent is responsible.
• Works with producers, brokers, and HUB personnel on client service, marketing, and renewals.
• Oversees preparation and implementation of transactions, paperwork, and processing for accounts.
• Builds understanding of client objectives and analyzes plans for suitability.
• Maintains knowledge of industry changes affecting clients.
• Completes account retention and develops new business from existing clients.
