HUB International, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to support the Personal Lines team in servicing assigned accounts and maintaining strong client retention.

You will collaborate with Account Managers and the Producer to provide day‑to‑day service in line with company practices and procedures. You will manage a book of business, interact with clients, carriers, and underwriters, and help identify cross‑selling opportunities while upholding data accuracy across HUB systems.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in insurance account management.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Current license in good standing in required lines and states.
• Current CE credits in required lines and states.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superior customer service and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of insurance business with independent discretion.
• Provide professional, courteous service to clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, partners, and colleagues.
• Handle account rounding and develop new business per policies and procedures.
• Make major decisions independently for the accounts you handle.
• Oversee preparation and processing for assigned accounts.
