Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Private Client Associate Account Executive to support Account Executives and service teams in a fast-paced insurance environment. You will handle policy changes, client correspondence, and policy records while ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and top-tier client service.

Responsibilities include processing endorsements, ID cards, and billing inquiries; coordinating with carriers and service centers; and ensuring proper documentation within the agency

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Past experience in insurance account servicing, agency operations, or customer support preferred.
• Working knowledge of agency management systems, preferably Sagitta.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling.
• Effective written and verbal communication, and professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day account servicing support to Account Executives and service teams.
• Process policy changes, prepare client correspondence, and maintain policy records.
• Monitor reports and support timely service delivery across assigned accounts.
• Handle billing inquiries and reconcile billing with carriers.
• Operate routine tasks in AMS/Applied Epic and manage OCR documents.
• Assist with loss payee requests, endorsements, and policy paperwork as needed.
• Collaborate with service center for transfers and remarketing as required.
