You will educate clients and carriers, tailor personal risk solutions, and support renewal marketing while maintaining accurate client data in the agency system.

• Update and maintain client data in agency management system
• Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and support sales team
• Deliver effective customer service and adhere to policies and workflows
• Follow documentation standards and maintain confidentiality
