Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a client-focused customer service professional to develop and deliver outstanding insurance and risk management support to clients. You’ll grow within MMA with mentorship, training, and clear paths for advancement as you deliver exceptional service and collaborate with carriers and colleagues.

From handling certificates to updating client records and coordinating with the sales and service teams, you’ll play a vital role in our Business Insurance client

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming service requests with clients and carriers.
• Issue and manage certificates of insurance for assigned business book.
• Coordinate with carriers for proposals and policy orders.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the agency system.
• Verify certificate coverages match policy coverages and comply with state law.
• Deliver proactive, responsive customer service with sales and service teams.
