Job summary

Marsh & McLennan Agency in San Diego seeks an Associate Client Manager to provide technical support to Client Executives and clients, maintaining Business Insurance policies and assisting with submissions and renewals.

You will process applications, binders, certificates of insurance, audits, loss runs, and summaries; maintain accurate client files; and collaborate with colleagues to ensure service standards and compliance with internal procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or 2–5 years related industry experience.
• Understanding of insurance terminology and broker functions.
• Valid unrestricted California Fire & Casualty license.
• Willing to pursue advanced insurance designations and continuing education.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Process paperwork for new and renewal business including applications and binders.
• Review loss runs and status reports; order missing loss runs as needed.
• Prepare Summary Of Insurance and maintain client files.
• File documentation in ImageRight and manage tasks.
• Assist in E&O audits and maintain positive client relations.
• Support Client Executives and internal teams with communications.
