Job summary

Marsh & McLennan Agency in Houston seeks an experienced Private Client Account Executive to manage the Client Insurance Program. You will act as the primary contact for Producers and Clients, handle new business placement, renewals, and cross-selling to maintain client coverage.

The role requires a Texas P&C license, 2–4 years of related experience, and the ability to coordinate with carriers, prepare ACORDs, and manage billing and renewals. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed: Texas P&C Agent (required)
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum of 2-4 years of Private Client Account Executive experience
• CIC/CPCU/CPRM or comparable designation preferred
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Willingness to work to meet client needs beyond scheduled hours

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact with Producers and Clients
• Manage new business placement and cross-selling as needed to maintain the client’s insurance program
• Prepare proposals, binders, and renewal documents for carriers
• Negotiate with carriers on cost and program design
• Coordinate client meetings and renewals, including materials
• Maintain accounts receivable and handle direct billing and cancellations
