Job summary

Marsh McLennan is seeking a Client Administrator I to support Client Executives and clients in maintaining insurance policies in line with the Business Insurance manual and directives from the Director of Client Services. This hands-on role involves processing paperwork for new and renewal business, managing client data in the agency system, and supporting policy and billing activities.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years insurance-related or professional office experience.
• Valid Alaska Business Insurance License required.
• Surplus Lines License within two years.
• AINS or INS designation encouraged, with willingness to pursue ongoing education.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Process paperwork for new and renewal business, including preparing ACORD forms and associated documents.
• Maintain client-level details in the agency management system.
• Prepare binders and manage renewal certificates.
• Handle policies, invoices, finance agreements, endorsements, and audits.
• Perform account reconciliation.
