Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency in New York is seeking a Client Service Associate for our Business Insurance Property & Casualty Group. You will support the Account Management and Sales teams, coordinating marketing data, soliciting quotes, preparing cost sheets, issuing and managing certificates of insurance, and creating communications for renewals and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• At least one year of Property & Casualty insurance experience, preferably in a brokerage environment.
• Very effective oral and written communication skills and client relationship abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the marketing process for new and renewal group business, including data compilation and quotes.
• Prepare cost sheets, monitor bid requests, and communicate with vendors.
• Issue and manage certificates of insurance and develop client communications for renewals and strategic planning.
