Marsh McLennan Agency’s Personal Insurance division is seeking a client service professional who helps clients manage risk with a personal touch. You will handle service requests, educate clients, and collaborate with carriers and underwriters to tailor coverage recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming service requests from customers and carriers; inform, educate, and recommend.
• Manage new and renewal insurance marketing; negotiate with carriers and prepare materials.
• Analyze coverage acceptability and provide recommendations for improved coverage.
• Update customer information in the agency management system.
• Upsell and cross-sell with colleagues to grow coverage where appropriate.
• Provide effective and efficient customer service with the sales and service team.
